We offer a variety of hand-painted collectibles for sale on our website. Please note that all our products are hand-painted and produced in limited quantities. Due to the unique nature of hand-painted items, slight variations may occur between individual pieces. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices for products are in USD/TL and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

4. Shipping

We aim to process and ship orders promptly. All delivery costs, including but not limited to shipping fees, customs fees, and import taxes, are the responsibility of the customer and will be borne by the customer. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply to international orders.

5. Returns and Refunds

Refunds and returns are not available for purchased products. All sales are final. We do not accept returns for any reason other than if the product received is damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement.
