Damage Claim Policy
At ONR Studio, we take great care in ensuring that our high-end collectible statues are delivered to you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged product, please follow the steps below to submit a damage claim.
How to Submit a Damage Claim
If your collectible statue arrives damaged, you must report the issue within 3 days of delivery by following these steps:
- Contact Us: Submit your damage claim via email at [onursimsekart@gmail.com] or through our official communication channels.
- Provide Evidence: Attach clear photos and a video showing the damage from multiple angles, as well as the packaging.
- Assessment: Our team will review your claim and provide further instructions based on the severity of the damage.
Resolution Process
Once we receive your damage claim, we will determine the best course of action:

Minor Damage (Fixable Issues):
- We will provide step-by-step guidance to help you repair the issue.
- If necessary, we will send replacement parts free of charge.

Major Damage (Irreparable Issues):
- You may be required to destroy the product to prevent resale and provide photo/video proof of the destruction.,
- ONR Studio will issue a store credit for the value of the item, processed within 72 hours after receiving the returned item or a replacement statue (subject to availability).
Important Notes
- Claims submitted after 3 days from delivery may not be eligible for compensation.
- The statue must not be altered or modified before submitting the claim.
- Refunds and replacements are processed within 72 hours after claim approval.
